Ictus

Anti-spam policy

If we emailed you, it was on purpose.

Ictus is two people. We use email to introduce ourselves to owner-run businesses we think we can genuinely help — a small number, chosen deliberately. We’d rather send a hundred emails worth answering than a hundred thousand that deserve the spam folder.

What we do

We look for businesses that fit a narrow profile — owner-run, mid-size, carrying the kind of problem we actually solve — and send a personally signed introduction. Every message uses our real names, a subject line that says what the email is about, an address we personally answer, and two ways to make us stop: an unsubscribe link and a human who reads every reply. Some of our mail is sent from teamictus.com — that’s us too; it redirects here.

Where your address came from

Business contact databases and public information — the same standard sources most B2B companies use. We narrow those lists hard before anyone hears from us, and we only write to businesses, at work addresses, about work. If you’d rather not be in our records at all, say so and we’ll delete you, not just suppress you.

What we don’t do

We don’t use misleading subject lines or spoofed senders. We don’t write to personal addresses or consumers. We don’t sell or share your contact information with anyone. We don’t keep writing to people who’ve told us no — removal is permanent. And we prohibit spam outright: no one — not us, not a contractor, affiliate, or third party acting on our behalf — may use unsolicited bulk email to promote ictusai.com, teamictus.com, or any other domain we own.

Saying no

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click — no login, no “preferences center,” no ten business days. Replying “unsubscribe” — or any plain-language version of “please stop” — works too; a person reads every reply. Either way, you’re off the list permanently, across every address and domain we send from.

Reporting a problem

If you believe you’ve received spam from an ictusai.com or teamictus.com address, or from someone claiming to be us, forward it to contact@ictusai.com and we’ll look into it directly. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and the anti-spam laws that apply wherever we’re writing, and we hold ourselves to a higher bar than the law sets.
